Production Process

 1. Design and planning: The furniture manufacturer works with the client to determine their needs and requirements for the hotel furniture. This involves taking measurements of the space, discussing design options, and creating 3D models and prototypes.

 2. Materials selection: The manufacturer sources the necessary materials for the furniture, which may include wood, metal, glass, upholstery fabrics, and hardware.

 3. Cutting and shaping: The raw materials are cut and shaped according to the specifications of the design. This includes cutting the wood pieces, molding metal frames, and cutting the upholstery materials.

 4. Joining and assembly: The individual parts are then joined together and assembled into the final furniture products. This may involve gluing, screwing, or welding the various parts.

 5. Finishing: The furniture is then finished with paint, stain, polish, or upholstery to enhance its appearance and durability.

 6. Quality control: The finished furniture is inspected carefully to ensure that it meets the client's requirements, as well as safety and quality standards.

 7. Packing and shipping: The furniture is then carefully packed and shipped to the hotel for installation.
