Fabrication to be in accordance with IHG standards as stated in the FF&E Construction and Specification  Guidelines and as follows:

• Product to have the following: tight back and loose reversible seat  cushion; seat cushion to be attached with elastic straps and D-rings.  Back Poly: 1.5 lb/ 23 ILD; Seat Poly: 1.8 lb / 28 ILD 

• Recliner to be constructed with Leggett & Platt Wall Hugger Mechanism.   5"-6" Full Extension Maximum. 

• Upholstery, foam, batting, padding, and/or dacron wrap must meet all  state and local flammability requirements for property location. 

• Fully upholstered frames to be constructed of select hardwoods and  hardwood plywood. Exposed wood frames to be constructed of maple  and beech hardwoods. 1-1/4” hardwood frames to be assembled using  double dowels, screws, glue, and corner blocks. Plywood frames to be  assembled using interlocking joints, screws, glue and staples. All metal  parts of interior hardware must be non-corrosive, guaranteed against  rust & corrosion, suitable for use in varying climatic conditions 

• Refer to CG-301.1 fabric specification. Refer to CG-301.2 for accent  pillow specification. 

• Manufacturer must verify all fabric quantity requirements. 

• Manufacturer to provide nylon carpet glides. 

• Show all pieces in shop drawings. 

• To be of contract quality and suitable for commercial use. 

• All materials and methods of construction must comply with local fire  and life safety codes for use in hotels and other public spaces. 

• Refer to drawings for location 

• Ensure that piece will fit in elevators and through doors prior to  commencing fabrication. 

• Manufacturer to clearly mark each carton with item ID and specification  number
