Production Process

 1. Design: The first step in furniture production is designing the piece. The design team works to create a blueprint or 3D model that showcases the design and specifications of the furniture.

2. Material selection: Once the design is finalized, the production team selects the appropriate materials for the furniture. This includes choosing the type of wood, metal, or other materials that will be used to create the furniture.

3. Cutting and shaping: The selected materials are then cut and shaped according to the design specifications using tools such as saws, drills, and lathes. This is done in a workshop or factory.

4. Joinery: Joinery is the process of connecting the various pieces of the furniture. This may involve traditional joinery methods such as mortise and tenon or more modern methods including screws, bolts, or nails.

5. Sanding and finishing: After the furniture is joined together, it is sanded to create a smooth and even surface. Finishing materials such as paint, stain, or varnish may also be applied to enhance the look and durability of the furniture.

 6. Assembly: The final step in furniture production is the assembly of all the components. This may involve attaching hardware, adding drawers or doors, or installing upholstery.

7. Inspection: Before the furniture is packaged and shipped for distribution, it undergoes a quality inspection to ensure that it meets the company’s standards.

Once the furniture passes inspection, it is then packaged and shipped to retailers or directly to customers.
